Quick troubleshooting
Close and reopen Picket Zen, confirm iOS is up to date, and try the same step again. If the problem continues, send a screenshot or short screen recording. Reinstalling the app may remove progress stored only on the device, so contact support before reinstalling when progress matters.
Leaderboard privacy and score sharing
In the consent update (build 22 and later), score sharing starts off. Open World Leaderboard to read the disclosure, then choose Allow Score Sharing or Not Now. If you allow sharing, future completed-job scores are sent to Apple Game Center, where your score and Game Center name/profile can appear publicly. You can play, save progress, and keep local scores without sharing.
To stop sharing, open the game’s Settings → Leaderboard Privacy and turn off Share Scores Publicly, or choose Turn Off Score Sharing on the leaderboard screen. This stops future uploads and clears scores waiting to upload. It does not delete scores already sent to Apple or cancel an upload already in progress. Read the full privacy policy.
If the leaderboard is unavailable
If you want to share scores, first enable sharing in the game, then check your sign-in under iPhone Settings → Game Center and your internet connection. You can use Try Again on the leaderboard. Leaderboard availability also depends on Apple’s service; an unavailable leaderboard does not prevent local play.
Earlier builds do not have the separate sharing control. Check your installed build against the build noted above, and update the app if the sharing controls are missing. Resetting progress
Open Settings from the main menu and use Start Over from Job 1. This clears local career progress. Scores already submitted to Apple’s Game Center leaderboard cannot be removed by the app.
Include these details
Describe what you expected, what happened instead, and whether it happens every time. Never include passwords, Apple Account credentials, or other sensitive information.
